Vihaan International runs an owned, in-house apparel manufacturing facility in Gurgaon producing 20,000+ garments per month. A vertically-integrated approach

We made an early choice to keep every critical step of production in-house: pattern engineering, cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality inspection. The alternative — distributing steps across third-party units — saves capital, but costs control. When a buyer asks why is this batch finishing differently from the last, we want a single team with a single answer, not a four-vendor blame chain.

This vertical structure also lets us shorten feedback loops. A pattern revision lands at the cutting room the same morning. A QC defect surfaces a line correction the same shift. For private-label and OEM clients shipping internationally, this is the difference between a programme that compounds and one that stalls on the third repeat order.

Who we build for

Two pillars sit at the centre of everything this facility does. The first is corporate & hospitality uniform manufacturing — programmes for MNCs, luxury hotels, restaurants, and staff workforces where consistency across thousands of units, sites, and re-orders is non-negotiable.

The second is premium fashion and private-label manufacturing — production for D2C brands, designer labels, and export buyers building contemporary women's western wear. Both pillars share a facility, a quality system, and a single accountable team, even though their MOQ structures and finishing standards differ.
