Yes. Tech packs are our preferred starting point. If your tech pack includes flat sketches, measurement specifications, fabric callouts, stitching details and trim notes, we can move directly to pattern development and first sample. If your tech pack is partial (e.g. only sketches and fabric intent) we complete the missing spec collaboratively before pattern-making. Non-disclosure agreements are signed on request before any files change hands.

Yes. Many designers start with sketches, a reference garment, or a moodboard. Our in-house pattern team develops the actual pattern from your reference. Fabric is typically supplied by you to your exact specification — you know the composition, weight, hand-feel and finish your collection needs. Where you would like our help with fabric selection or sourcing, we can discuss it case-by-case, but we do not position fabric sourcing as a standard in-house service. Expect one or two fit rounds before pre-production sample (PPS) approval. Sampling cost is quoted upfront per style.

Step 1 — Tech pack or brief review, NDA if requested. Step 2 — Fabric confirmed (client-supplied or, case-by-case, nominated by us). Step 3 — Pattern development in-house at Gurgaon. Step 4 — First sample (2-5 pieces) usually in 10-14 days depending on fabric availability. Step 5 — Fit review, comments, and second sample if required. Step 6 — Pre-production sample (PPS) sign-off. Step 7 — Bulk production release. Timeline from sign-off to ready-to-ship bulk is typically 20-30 days.

Standard MOQ for bulk fashion production is 200 pieces per style (colour splits and size ratios sit within the same style MOQ). Sampling and development quantities (2-5 pieces per style) are a separate service before bulk commitment. We do not position ourselves as a 50 or 100-piece bulk manufacturer — smaller runs than 200 disrupt our production economics and quality control.

In-house at our Udyog Vihar Phase 4 factory: pattern development from tech packs, custom fit development with multiple fit rounds, cutting and stitching, garment construction, structured tailoring (blazers, jackets, structured dresses), soft tailoring and draped garments, and finishing. Coordinated through our trusted production-partner network: machine/logo embroidery (single and multi-head), hand embroidery, appliqué, denim wash / distress finishes, screen printing, sublimation, heat transfer, custom labelling, branded packaging and specialised garment finishes (enzyme wash, garment dye, over-dye). We describe partner-handled capabilities honestly, never as in-house.

We encourage designers and buyers to bring their preferred fabric — you know the exact composition, hand-feel, weight and finish your collection needs. We manufacture using client-supplied fabric to your specification. If you need help with fabric selection or procurement, this can be discussed case-by-case — but we do not position fabric sourcing as a standard in-house capability. Our positioning is: you choose the fabric, we focus on turning your design into the finished garment.

NDA available on request before file sharing. Your designs, patterns, and tech packs are stored on internal systems, not shared outside the production line handling your order. We do not use designer patterns for our own catalogue or share them with other clients. Our reputation with designers we already manufacture for depends on this — it is treated seriously.

Yes — sampling is a paid service, quoted per style. Sampling cost typically includes pattern making, first sample, and one or two fit revisions. Sampling cost is separate from bulk production quotation. In some cases sampling cost is credited against the first bulk PO if the collection moves to production — this is discussed case-by-case.

Yes. Communication is in English via email and WhatsApp. Samples ship via international courier (DHL / FedEx). For bulk orders we handle FOB Nhava Sheva by default; CIF and DDP available for smaller consignments. Contemporary womenswear, dresses (structured and draped), designer tops and blouses, co-ord sets, jackets and outerwear, skirts and trousers, fashion shirts, resortwear, casualwear, and private-label collections. We do not currently claim couture or luxury-hand-embellished garments as core capability — those are handled through partner network on a project basis, not as our default positioning.
