A designer clothing manufacturer takes designs from a fashion designer or brand — a tech pack, sketches, mood board, or reference garment — and translates them into a wearable, production-ready garment. A regular garment manufacturer typically sells from an existing catalogue or supplies white-label templates. Vihaan International is the former: our role is to develop and produce a designer's own concept, not to sell you our styles.

Our studio and factory are at Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurgaon, Haryana — 10 minutes from IGI Airport Terminal 3. Designers from Mumbai, Bengaluru, or abroad regularly visit for fabric selection, fit sessions, and sample sign-off. We recommend booking a slot 3-5 days ahead via WhatsApp or the enquiry form.

Bulk MOQ is 200 pieces per style — colour splits and size ratios (XS/S/M/L/XL) sit inside the same style MOQ. Sampling and development quantities (2-5 pieces per style) are a separate service and are quoted before any bulk commitment. We do not position ourselves as a 50 or 100-piece manufacturer.

Both approaches work. If you send finished patterns and grade rules, we go directly to first sample. If you send only tech packs, sketches, or reference garments, our in-house pattern team at Gurgaon develops the pattern for you from your reference. Pattern development cost is quoted upfront per style.

A typical cycle: 10-14 days for first sample after fabric approval, 5-10 days per fit round, PPS sign-off, then 20-30 days bulk production. End-to-end for a new style is 6-10 weeks. Reorders of a previously-approved style skip sampling and typically ship 20-30 days after PO.

Yes — a capsule of 4-8 styles is a common designer PO for us. Each style respects the 200-piece bulk MOQ. Sampling of the full capsule runs in parallel; bulk production is scheduled by style so the collection ships as a coordinated drop, not staggered.

We manufacture using fabric supplied by you to your exact specification. Designers know the composition, weight, hand-feel, and finish their collection needs — you bring that clarity, we execute the manufacturing. If you would like help with fabric selection or procurement, we can discuss it case-by-case, but we do not position fabric sourcing as a standard in-house service.

NDA signed on request before any file sharing. Patterns and tech packs stay on internal systems, not the shop floor beyond the specific production line. We do not repurpose designer patterns for our catalogue.
