We source fabric from mills that offer OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified options and can provide REACH SVHC declarations on request. For orders where the German buyer needs specific test reports (formaldehyde, azo dyes, phthalates), we arrange third-party testing via SGS / Intertek in India before shipment. Testing cost is billed to the buyer and quoted upfront.

Care instructions can be printed in German, English, or multi-language on request; we need the exact German text upfront so the label supplier can lock it into the artwork.

New buyers: 30-50% advance by wire transfer (TT) against PI, balance against copy of BL / AWB. Established repeat clients: Letter of Credit at sight, or structured TT terms.
