Air freight from Delhi to Changi (SIN) is typically 4-5 business days via direct or one-stop carriers. Sea freight from Nhava Sheva to PSA Singapore is 8-12 days port-to-port. Production takes 20-30 days for a typical uniform order after fabric approval. Total: 3-6 weeks depending on freight mode.

Wire transfer (TT) in USD or SGD is the norm. New buyers: 30-50% advance against PI, balance against copy of BL / AWB. Established buyers: Letter of Credit at sight, or negotiated TT terms based on order history. We do not require escrow platforms — this is direct bank-to-bank commercial banking.

FOB Nhava Sheva is the default. CIF PSA Singapore (we arrange sea freight and insurance) and DDP door-to-warehouse-in-Singapore (for smaller, air-freight consignments) are both available on request. For most orders above 20 CBM, FOB or CIF gives better landed economics than DDP.

For general apparel, Singapore does not require product-specific import certification. If a specific tender requires third-party test reports (fibre content, colourfastness, formaldehyde), we arrange testing in India through SGS or Intertek and include the report in the shipping documentation pack. Testing cost is quoted upfront.

Yes — that is a large share of our hospitality work. We match to your existing spec sheet or reference garment, produce a pre-production sample (PPS) for sign-off, and only start bulk once the PPS is approved in writing. Every bulk lot is inspected pre-shipment against an AQL 2.5 protocol before it leaves the factory.

Standard MOQ is 200 pieces per style for fashion / private label items, and 500 pieces per style for corporate and hospitality uniforms. Split-size ratios (e.g. XS/S/M/L/XL) sit within the same style MOQ. Smaller pilot orders are possible for repeat clients starting a new collection.
